Sophia 😇 Khalifeh is a third culture creative based in New York City and Dubai who’s passions
drive her ambition for creation and collaboration. She recently graduated 🎉 from Parsons The New School for Design in NYC during a global pandemic, 😬 where she majored 📚 in Culture and Media Studies, and Minored in Fashion Communication. Her breadth of knowledge spans across the beauty, apparel, editorial and entertainment industries, including V Magazine, Vogue, Vogue Italia, Milk Makeup, and renowned fashion stylist Patti Wilson.
Recently at Milk Makeup, her creative vision and meticulous eye 👀 for detail resulted in her supporting two departments within the Marekting team, both Events and Public Relations. Most recently, the launch of Vegan Milk Moisturizer for top-tier editors at Milk Studios New York, and in Vail, Colorado for the brand's 2nd influencer trip. Her performance and dedication captured the attention of Milk Makeup co-founder and Marie Claire Editor-at-Large Zanna Roberts Rassi, where she designed video 📹 content for her social media platforms, and led in a fashion segment for the Today Show and the E! News Met Gala correspondence😎. Sophia has also assisted 💁 on several editorial fashion shoots for Vogue Japan, Vogue Australia, Vogue Italia, V, PAPER, GARAGE, and L’oreal with the likes of Gigi Hadid, Naomi Campbell, Anok Yai, Halima Aden, Billie Eilish and photographers like Steven Klein and Luigi and Iango. She helped backstage at NYFW for Christian Cowan and Colovos, and used her ability to manage high stress situations and love for collaboration to plan Milk events for 100+ people, and sustain Milk Makeup PR relationships.🔥
Sophia loves to study “the culture” and spends much of her free time watching films, attending Q&A’s (pre COVID), searching curly hair tutorials, and learning how to rollerskate.
